Our Professional Ceramic Coating Process

Step 1: Decontamination

Our initial focus is ensuring your car is cleaned and prepped. We execute a comprehensive “full decontamination” process, encompassing a hand wash, clay bar treatment, and chemical fallout removal. Every inch of your car’s paint, including the nooks and crannies and even behind the license plate, undergoes thorough cleansing. This detailed process guarantees that no dirt or contamination impedes the bond of subsequent coatings.

Step 2: Inspection & Restoration

Following the cleaning process, we thoroughly inspect your vehicle’s paint for any imperfections such as swirl marks, scratches, and water spots that diminish the gloss and shine. For newer vehicles, a light primer polish is applied to address minor defects. For vehicles a few years old, we highly recommend our paint correction service to restore the paint to a pristine condition before applying any coatings.

Step 3: Coating Application

Once your car has been thoroughly cleaned and restored, we begin the coating application process. The coating is carefully applied to your vehicle using an applicator pad, ensuring even coverage across small 3×3 sections. Each application is left to cure for 60 seconds, allowing the coating to bond effectively. Any excess coating is then gently removed with a microfiber towel. After the entire vehicle is coated, the finish cures and hardens over a period of 24 hours, ensuring a durable and glossy protective layer.

It’s been a great experience from receiving response to my inquiry email to getting front windshield tinted. Makes a huge difference in UV protection and cabin temp control.

Update: Traded in the M3 for the 📐. Got Pure PPF film, ceramic coat, and window tint. Beautiful work and I’m very happy with the results. Very professional service in ensuring excellent quality.

April 2026: Had very minor scratch in film that I honestly didn’t mind but Tier 1 team replaced entire panel of PPF film which shows dedication to great service.

Teir 1 Autohouse is an amazing company. They wrapped my car in PPF and ceramic coated including the wheels and calipers. Then I came back and the blacked out the chrome on my door handles and a chrome strip on my trunk. The car looks absolutely amazing!!! I would highly recommend them!!

5 stars for Tier 1! Phenomenal customer service! Got my 2014 C250 ceramic coated & tinted every window windshield included. The customer experience here is by far the best in town, very clean and aesthetically pleasing shop. Austin sat down and educated me on the different levels of tint so I could pick the level that fit my needs and their paint correction process before coating my car for the best results. Chose Xpel’s XR Plus for all my windows since it blocks out the most heat and got them dark for maximum privacy. Especially with how hot it gets here in Vegas you want to stay as cool as possible. As for my paint. It looks flawless considering how old my car is. And it’s insanely slick thanks to the coating. Very very happy with the results! Highly recommend you come here.

We came upon Tier 1 Autohaus as a result of the purchase of our new Tesla Model Y. I texted them with a number of questions that were promptly answered. Subsequently, we purchased the XPEL XR Plus top of the line tinting for all windows and the sunroof, along with the Gold Ceramic Coating Package. We arrived for our appointment right on time at 8:30 and Austin, one of the owners, along with other members of the Tier 1 Autohaus Team were there to assist us. Thirty minutes prior to completion, we received a text telling us that the job was nearing completion. The job appears to have been done very professionally, although and as expected, there are some small water bubbles/moisture pockets in the tint that should evaporate in the next 14 days.

Ceramic Coating Lifespan
