SaME DAY INSTALL on Professional Car and Truck Window Tinting in Las Vegas, NV

Only reason I’m giving them a 3 is because of the good job these guys did on my tint. Now customer service and with how my situation was handled is another story. On Thursday march 19 I went ahead and booked my appointment for Saturday April 11. I went with the $500 option for my car. On that Thursday I paid $50 deposit for my appointment. Next day Friday march 20 I went ahead and decided what I thought was a $50 payment towards my $450 balance. I was wrong and my debit card was charged $500 which was $50 gratuity and the remaining $450 balance for the tint job. Not even 5 minutes later I called explained what happened to them. The guy I talked to said if I wanted it reversed it would take 5-7 days. I said that’s fine since my appointment isn’t until April 11. I thought there was nothing left but wait for my money to get put back on my card. I waited the time and still nothing. I decided to call my bank after the time they told me it would take and what do you know the bank says they have no record any refund or reversal from them. They had advised me to file a dispute. Fast forward to Friday April 10 one day before my appointment and I call tier 1. I talked to Tony and he reviewed the situation for me. He said we did push the reversal back on our end it was something to do on squares end which is what they use to charge people. So all the time and I never got notified thinking I was waiting for my money in my bank. I explained how it was a debit card and possibly wanted to use cash or credit card. I told him I was frustrated and at that point almost felt like cancelling my appointment. Next day I go in and I end up dealing with Tony again. I was refunded $500 of the $550 I had paid. From the go his vibe was off probably because he had to deal with me or annoyed with my situation. He comes out to look at my car and I had previously removed the tint but did not get the windows cleaned up. He tells me he would have to charge me for cleanup fee. I said it was fine but if there was anything he could help me out with as far as removal fee for the inconvenience and mishandling of my refund. His response was “no we don’t make money on that I don’t want to even do it to be honest with you”. I said go ahead my car is here do the job it is what it is. Upon picking up my car when I go to pay Tony let’s me know it’s $600 and I try to explain how it should be $550 because I was only refunded $500 but instead of letting me explain he wants to argue and talk over me. I was annoyed and said you know what it is what it is charge me so I can just leave. Another guy that was there stepped in and took over for him to explain to me. I was able to find proof of the amounts I had paid on Monday or Tuesday and informed them. Tony responded and said the remaining $50 was gratuity I had paid. Mind you I had paid for something before a service was even done so how would I be leaving a tip? Maybe I would had left a tip had it not been for this situation. I got my remaining $50 refunded and will definitely not be coming back here. I explained to him how there is so many tint shops in Vegas and I did my research and chose tier 1 for my tint service. Maybe I had bad luck dealing with Tony. He definitely needs some people skills or learn how to talk to people. I would have returned and had more work done here but not after my experience dealing with him. I don’t know if he’s the owner or just an employee but not pleasant dealing with him and ruined my experience to say the least.
